Applicate designs collaborates and implements educational and consumer oriented on-the-web and hand-held mobile device applications.

Internet applications are utilized where mobility is essential; mobile applications, such as for cellular, smart phones, devices and PDAs are utilized where mobility is an integral or essential element of the application utilization.
